EventHub puts the calendar, the price list and the payment record in one place, so the number you quoted is the number you invoice.
Unlike a venue booking system, EventHub expects three weddings on one Saturday at three different locations. The month view shows how many events each day carries; click a date to see them all and add another, pre-filled with that date.
Chairs, stage platforms, backdrops, LED screens, PA systems, generators, flower decoration — kept as a price list, not an inventory. Pull items onto an event to build the quotation, or type a free-text line for anything one-off. Those same lines become the invoice later.
The way events are actually paid for: agree a total, collect an advance to confirm the booking, collect the balance once the event is done. The status moves with the money — confirmed, advance paid, in preparation, on event, completed, settled.
